I need all opinions opposing and for, with legit explainations.

I would like to know the opinions of a Female for president are you for or against it? If so why? If not why?

I wouldn't mind a female being President. Not only would it be quite a refreshing difference from the 200+ years of male Presidents, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were all sorts of interesting changes in political policy. ^_^

I'm for it, simply becasue i'm not against it. Its not like i'm really trying to see a woman become president but i'm certainly not against it. I don't think that she would get many votes though. Personally i'd love to see a black man become president before seriously entertaining the idea of a woman becoming president. I think that there are really too many prejudices in this country against people of color as well as women for there to be anything other than a white male president. If a woman or a person of color actually got one of the major party nomiations then I strongly believe that a lot of people would rather vote for the other guy simply to either 1) further the domination of the white male in the office of the president or 2) stifle the fear of serious change being made to the system that has been in place for neraly 300 years. It's really unfortunate but that's the way that I thihnk that it would happen.

i think we will definetly see a female president in our lifetime.. it is not that far out of the realm of reality... I think they hardest part to overcome is that in society older women are not considered as distinguished as older men.. it is a silly notion.. but it is a societarial norm.. so that will be the biggest obastacle... but i think it will happen.. but in the most unlikely way somehow!!!
